The ClickMEdia section of this web site describes our services for helping you to optimize and Advertise your web presence, and the benefits of engaging your customers in an ongoing conversation on the web. So why are we such believers in this?

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics services to track your web site's performance. You'll not only see how much traffic your web site enjoys, but many other aspects as well, such as where the traffic comes from, how much of it is new traffic versus repeat traffic, which of your web pages site visitors spend the most time on (and/or which ones they pay the least attention to), etc.

Analytics is also a key component to building successful advertising and promotion strategies, aiding us to constantly test what is working and what is not, and allowing us to constantly fine-tune for better traffic performance.

While we can't always know in advance what opportunities are out there waiting to be discovered, good analysis can help us find them.

Here's a case in point: Using Google Analytics helped us to discover for one of our clients that their local business site was getting a lot of interest from soldiers in Afghanistan. To be clear, analytic information did not explain why that was so, only that is was, indeed, a fact. Armed with that information we were able to help our client leverage that opportunity to create special offers for these soldiers. As a result, the client was soon shipping products to new customers well beyond where they'd ever imagined they had a loyal following.

If your web-site is capable of eCommerce, analytics can pin-point which ads are leading to specific sales, and they can also show what pages visitors navigate through on their way to making a purchase.

If your web-site does not use eCommerce, we can look for specific pages to track that may indicate a visitors interest. For instance, did they look up directions for how to find you?

Without eCommerce it is more challenging to ascertain with analytics alone whether there is a "slam-dunk" relationship between your web site's positive performance and your brick and mortar sales, but using the analysis in tandem with Internet advertising and site optimization, along with traditional kinds of strategies (such as coupon offers, etc), we can learn whether or not your web site is an aid or a hinderance to your business and, in the latter case, help you rectify the problem.
